Delivery Times

You can see if the bra size you're after is currently in stock by looking at the grid on each product page. The sizing grid is designed to display, at a glance, your size availability and how long it will take to reach you.

Next Day Delivery: We will dispatch your order the same day, as long as it's placed before 2.00pm weekdays. (Provided that the stock is available in our store).

Delivery 7- 21 Days: The average is 10 days. For items not currently in stock, we rely on our suppliers to provide accurate delivery times. On rare occasions, these delivery times are not met by our suppliers, in which case we will endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as we can.

Not Available or Sold Out: For items displayed as 'not available' or 'sold out' it is most likely we do not have re-orders in place as we need to allow for new styles to be offered. Although these are sold out in-store, there is still a reasonable chance we can order these for you. Simply email us with your request.

Our system is fully automated. Payment is deducted upon placement of your order. If you prefer to make your payment upon dispatch, please email your request and we will be happy to process a phone order for you.

Delivery Rates

No hidden costs - We do not penalise you for bigger orders, the extra postage cost is on us. You know exactly how much the shipping costs will be because we have an Australia-wide flat rate delivery charge.

Fast and Secure Express Post - Guaranteed Delivery

Our parcels are sent fast and safely by Australia Post Express Post to ensure they are trackable. Delivery of all our parcels sent within Australia is guaranteed next day delivery (within the Express Post networks and lodgement requirements). In the unlikely event of the parcel being lost within the Australia Post system, we will re-send your order at no extra cost to you and replace lost items FREE OF CHARGE.

International

• Brava is not responsible for international deliveries which cannot be traced and we will not issue a replacement or a refund in the event the parcel is lost.  We strongly recommend you select a 'signed for' or 'trackable' method to be confident about delivery.

• As we are reliant on external delivery networks we cannot guarantee delivery timescales, however we have provided a cost and an estimate of how long your delivery may take.

• International shipping may incur local import taxes and duties on goods entering the destination country. Customers are liable for any such customs charges that may be applicable. All international orders are GST Free.
