Pammie’s frame would suit clothes size 8 which means her under-bust size is more likely to be an 8 (30). It could possible be a size 10 but most definately not a 12 or 14. Haven’t met a woman yet who needs a bigger band size than her dress size (biggest bra fitting mistake ever). The reason some women wear such big band sizes is to achieve the bigger cup size.  When stores do not carry smaller band sizes in bigger cups women are fitted into bigger band sizes to increase the cup. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! Find a better store and a better fitter. Anyone can see from this image of Pamela Anderson that she is not a size 14 back. We estimate her to be at least 8G (30G).
