We understand more than anyone that cup sizes are inconsistent across a broad range of brands and that not all styles will suit your body and we know how frustrating that can be for you.
Brava's 100% Happiness Guarantee covers all items purchased from us, including sale items. We offer a 14 day refund, store credit or exchange. Simply complete the enclosed 'returns' form and send it to Brava with your returned item/s. No prior notice is needed. (Note: Applies to online orders only. Items purchased in store can only be exchanged, or an instore credit provided).
Fitter's Comments
In tandem with the Brava website 'Fitter's Comments' we will carefully look at your comments on your 'returns' form and contact you if we feel a different size or style would be better. Alternatively please feel free to contact Brava fitters for friendly advice by email or phone on 1300 4 BRAVA.
Returns and Exchanges
- Complete the 'returns' form that accompanied your order and return the product in its original condition with labels and packaging intact. If you have misplaced the form, simply download here ‘returns form’.
- Brava can accept no responsibility for returns which are lost. Our strong recommendation is for you to return your items via a traceable method such as Australia Post Express Post service (which is trackable). All return parcels must have enclosed a copy of the approved 'returns' form and should be securely sealed.
- You must bear the postage costs for your return, however we will pay the postage for sending you your exchanged item/s. If you believe the item is faulty, we will investigate the fault and contact you with a resolution.
- You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange. Alternatively, please email us at enquiries@bravalingerie.com.au if you have an enquiry.

Returns Conditions
- No refunds or exchanges on hosiery or shapewear.
- Delivery costs cannot be refunded.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to five working days.
- Brava cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.
- We recommend that you use Registered Post or Express Post
- Any items that are returned to us without sufficient postage, if marked ‘return to sender' or 'reply paid' will incur a $10 fee which covers the postage and administration fees.
If the returned items do not conform to the above standards, a refund or exchange will not be made.

Returns Checklist
- Item/s are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- All labels are intact as originally received.
- Items are returned within 14 days of the Brava dispatch date.
- A completed 'returns' form is enclosed.
