If all items from your order are in stock and is placed before 4pm AEST, we will send out your order the following business day. We source items for orders from our warehouse as well as our retail stores to give you the biggest range to select from, and we dispatch all items from your order together where possible.
If your chosen item is not in stock, it is most likely already on order. We estimate dispatch for most items to be 7 - 14 days, however some brands can take up to 6 - 8 weeks as they are often manufactured on request. We rely on our suppliers to provide accurate delivery times and on rare occasions these delivery times are not met. We always endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as we can.
If your size is not displaying, this usually means the item is not made in your size or it has sold out and we no longer stock this style.
No hidden costs - we do not penalise you for bigger orders, the extra postage cost is on us. You know exactly how much the shipping cost will be because we charge flat rate delivery for postage within Australia. Because our system is fully automated, payment is deducted upon placement of your order.

Your delivery will be made via the Australia Post eParcel service, which is fast, safe and trackable. Delivery within Australia is guaranteed on the next day, within the Express Post networks and lodgement requirements. In the unlikely event of the parcel being lost within the Australia Post system, we will re-send your order at no extra cost to you and replace lost items free of charge.
If you prefer to collect your order from one of our stores, you can select your preferred pick-up location during checkout. Please note that this delivery option may take up to 3 business days for in-stock items, and displayed delivery times still apply for other items. We will send you a message to let you know when your order is ready to be collected.

Brava is not responsible for international deliveries which cannot be traced, and we will not issue a replacement or a refund in the event the parcel is lost. We strongly recommend you select a 'signed for' or 'trackable' method to be confident about delivery. As we are reliant on external delivery networks we cannot guarantee delivery timescales, however we have provided a cost and an estimate of how long your delivery may take. Please note we are unable to offer partial dispatch on international orders, we will ship your order when all items are available.
International shipping may incur local import taxes and duties on goods entering the destination country. Customers are liable for any such customs charges that may be applicable.
