Just wanted to give an amazing review on Heather at the Prahran store. Had a duo appointment with a friend back to back and she was amazing and very helpful. Also patient and adhered to new COVID rules eg sanitising spraying ect. Was very important as my friend is undergoing chemo so hygiene is so important but Heather did an amazing job. I had requested a few bras and 2 where available for me to try and purchase.The only disappointing thing was that there were no sale item bras in my size. I understand that in these times with stock levels is hard but would have been nice to purchase a few more.

I am a long time in shop Brava customer and first time online shopper. Initially I had difficulty with the online payment page and after several attempts, I initiated contact using the online chat option. The response came back within 1 or 2 minutes when I was told to refresh the page (which I did) and failing that to ring the customer service number which I had to do. The very friendly customer service operator was eager to help and assisted me in making the payment over the phone. Thank you so much for making this shopping experience a positive one.

I have been buying bras from you for some years – discovered you one night on the internet (when I should have been sleeping) maybe 15yrs (??) ago. Fitting has always been tricky & that is when I am in the fitting room. I have been limping along on old Brava bras for too long .... thinking maybe I’ll just have to go to Melb. (I now live in Eden NSW) ... so the virus forced me into (being brave) trying to do this on line. It has been a brilliant success & easier than I thought it would be. Following some written & verbal conversations I ordered 2 different ones. Both were sent back & after a chat with someone (sorry can’t remember her name) she suggested a smaller size in the one that was almost right. It arrived yesterday & is brilliant .... highlighting my discomfort over last few years. I have just ordered 2 more of the same. Your staff are really switched on, extremely pleasant and efficient and ‘know their stuff’. Thankyou so much for being there and offering such a wonderful service

I visited the Sydney store last Friday and they didn’t have my size and colour in stock for my favourite Corin bra. The fabulous staff placed an order for me with the Camberwell store and it arrived in the mail on Monday! Fabulous service thank you!!!

I'd like to give my feedback for a bra fitting that I attended last week. I was helped by the lovely Ros, and I had a wonderful and very comfortable experience. Ros figured out my correct size straight away and found a lot of amazing bras that were in the exact style I like. She took into account my age and found over 10 gorgeous and youthful bras for me. She gave me plenty of time to try them all on and even gave me a shirt to try on over them to see how they looked. I am so pleased with the 4 bras that I ended up purchasing, and I had a totally comfortable experience. Ros was so professional and lovely.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to commend you on your fantastic customer service that I experienced using your messenger chat recently. I am a longtime shopper with the company and over the years have a file of my purchases. I have a particularly favourite bra that I find very comfortable and fits me well. The label had really worn with my size and I really needed another. Your staff were able to tell me the style and size that I had purchased in the past and we placed an request for my size when they found one. Shortly after, my order details were confirmed. I paid for the item over the phone via a customer service line and I had my brand new bra within days! It was so easy. I’ve put my name down for another colour when it’s in which is great during these Corona times when we can’t travel around.

I have just returned home after the most delightful hour at Brava on Druitt Street in Sydney, an elegant black bag swinging from my arm with two gorgeous Prima Donna bras nestling inside. After zero shopping for several months, this was such an exciting way to spend an afternoon! I was a little apprehensive that it would be a bit awkward with the restrictions in place but instead it was a wonderful experience. I had the shop to myself and was given the most attentive service by a lovely expert bra fitter called Ros who selected about ten different bras for me to try on. Nearly all of them were a perfect fit and gave my bust a really nice shape. I was thrilled! It’s so hard choosing bras by yourself — particularly when you’re large-busted — and yet some places with fitters make you feel rushed and under pressure to buy bras you don’t even really like. Brava provides the perfect combination of expertise, warm, personal service, and absolutely no obligation to purchase. Yet I am sure there are very few women who walk out of the doors with no new bra in hand. There is such an excellent selection and in a large range of sizes that it’s not difficult to find comfort and style all rolled into one beautiful bra. So brava Brava! This was my second time through the doors and it certainly won’t be the last. I can’t think of any way that the experience could’ve been improved upon. Oh unless you want to start serving cake and tea.

My name is Shannen. I'm 28 years old. For as long as I've worn bras, I've had ill-fitting non-supportive lingerie. That is, until today. I happened to be driving down Hampton Street, when I saw your store - 'D Cup & Up.' Ooh, I thought! But my next big question was: Do they stock my infamous size - an 8E? I pulled over and perused your website first; it gave me hope. I knocked on your store door to be greeted by the lovely Fran. She said she'd happily fit me, even though she was just in for collecting deliveries today. She was very thorough about COVID formalities, and once we got through it, she took one look at me and guessed I might actually be an 8F instead! Then, she rolled out a whole bunch of styles for me to try on, giving me feedback on each look. I'd never felt so spoilt for choice while bra shopping as no other outlets have ever stocked an 8 in my size. I left BRAVA absolutely buzzing, and with two new beautiful bras. Just this afternoon, I've cleared space in my wardrobe because I know without-a-doubt I'll be heading back to Hampton Street soon to treat myself again to your amazing services.
