A Store Manager is required to join the Brava Lingerie team, in Sydney CBD.
At Brava we focus on personal communication and one-on-one attention. Successful applicants will be trained in bra fitting for D cup and up women 'The Brava Way', which is a warm, personal and inspiring approach designed to help our clients in many ways. The global iconic brands we select are designed for women who love comfort, support and beautiful fabrics in a range of styles dedicated to their body shape.
We seek a Store Manager for our beautiful Brava store at Townhall, Sydney CBD, close to Queen Victoria Building and Townhall rail. Must have previous store management and bra fitting experience and a desire to be part of a friendly, incredibly dedicated and professional team who offer exceptional service and beautiful lingerie and swimwear ranges in a busy and thriving environment.
The Retail Store Manager has a responsibility to meet the company's goals and adhere to procedures, uphold the image of the brand and demonstrate passion for our product. This role requires strong communication and performance management skills. In addition they should have a motivating leadership style and dedication to continuous improvement within the team. The Store Manager will also be required to work with POS information technology and customer service.
To be successful you will have the following attributes
Honesty and integrity. Demonstrated maturity in decision making, time management skills, and effective working methods with colleagues. This includes working with team members and colleagues to build relationships. Impeccable client-facing skills including verbal presentations and written documentation. Detailed and pro-active approach to duties and an ability to coordinate and navigate input from others. Must be a proven team builder and team player.
