What a strapless bra needs at H cup

All of the support in a strapless bra comes from the band — there is no strap contribution. At H cup, this means the band needs to be bought on the tightest hook and worn in: as the elastic relaxes over time, you'll move to looser hooks and the bra will continue to fit. If it's comfortable on the loosest hook when new, it won't hold by the end of the day.
