    THE ROLE | 2IC BRAVA

    We are seeking an enthusiastic 2IC to join our team at the beautiful Brava store at Hampton Street, Hampton. The successful applicant will be trained in bra fitting for D cup and up women 'The Brava Way', which is a warm, personal and inspiring approach designed to help our clients feel listened to and truly looked after!

Our 2ICs are caring, compassionate and dedicated, with a passion for providing customers with perfectly fitted bras and positive experiences so they leave feeling comfortable and confident. We love to create memorable, honest and empowering connections with women in an environment that is supportive, inclusive, fun and positive. 


ABOUT YOU 

As an integral part of the business you'll bring your caring, compassionate nature and flair for great customer service along with: 

  • Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
  • Dedication to supporting women, including those with special needs
  • Reliable, committed and able to work 4 days including alternative Saturdays
  • Honesty and integrity


WHAT YOU NEED

  • A motivated and pro-active attitude to the role and the company
  • Bra fitting experience and willingness to be trained "The Brava Way"
  • Excellent POS information technology understanding
  • Driven by the desire to help women to look good and feel great
  • Demonstrated time management skills and effective working methods with colleagues, a proven team player.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As our 2IC, you will have the responsibility to help to meet the Company's goals and adhere to procedures, uphold the image of the brand and demonstrate a passion for our product.

  • Communicate correct procedures and processes to your team
  • Maintain an environment that is always tidy, professional and welcoming
  • Establish exemplary customer service and excellent bra fitting
  • Store opening and closing
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm in driving sales and profitability
  • Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Meet store sales budgets to maximise business profit

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bra Fitter to join our team at the beautiful Brava store in Camberwell, Victoria. The successful applicant will be trained (or retrained) in bra fitting for D cup and up women 'The Brava Way', which is a warm, personal and inspiring approach designed to help our clients feel listened to and cared for.

Our teams are caring, compassionate and dedicated, with a passion for creating positive experiences for our customers to feel confident and comfortable and truly looked after (they have found their place)!  We love to create memorable, honest and empowering connections with women in an environment that is supportive, inclusive, fun and positive. 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Motivated and results orientated with a pro-active attitude to the role.
  • Bra fitting experience, ready to be trained 'The Brava Way' for D + women.
  • Excellent POS information technology understanding.
  • Caring and understanding nature to women with various needs.
  • Driven by the desire to help women to look good and feel great.
  • Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.
  • Very reliable and committed. 
  • Flexibility to work up to five days a week with a consistent range of shifts.
  • Available Weekdays and Weekends.

I went to the Sydney store for my fitting last Thursday with Ros. It was the most pleasant bra shopping experience that I have ever had! Ros was warm, friendly, and did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. Additionally, she went out of her way to find the exact and best fitting strapless bra for me that she could! As a "mother of the bride" I was feeling stressed out as I had not worn a strapless bra for years and was worried about it, however Ros helped me find the perfect fit! I can't speak highly enough of her attention to me, service delivery and the positive experience that I had during my fitting. She also helped me find another "everyday" bra which is also a great fit and extremely comfortable. You have a great employee in Ros and I will happily go to Brava Sydney store and see Ros!
