My ZoomFit Experience

I can still remember my first bra fitting over 3 years ago.

I went to a big chain retailer and was so excited as I loved their products. After choosing a few styles, I found myself a bit nervous as I really didn’t know what to expect. I was pulled into 1 of 10 full dressing rooms and asked by staff to remove my current bra whilst they impatiently waited just outside the curtain.

The 6 foot something model/staff member then proceeded to come in and adjust my boobs into the suggested bra herself-I was mortified!!

I felt judged and uncomfortable, but being my first fitting I thought maybe this was normal.

10C was the concluded size- then I was rushed to the checkout and that was that.

In the last 3 years I haven’t been back to said retailer and opted for the cheapest and most convenient bras (student budget life).

It wasn’t until I started working at Brava in the head office that I decided it was probably time to get fitted again. Being a smaller size I was a bit reluctant, but hey, it was worth a try!?

Unfortunately due to COVID this meant that I couldn’t get into a store-nonetheless they have a ‘ZoomFit’ option, which I had heard rave reviews about. So I booked in a ZoomFit with the customer service team and waited eagerly for the session to begin.

The lovely Mimi took me through the meeting and I was pleasantly surprised at just how easy it was! She answered with an enthusiastic grin and after chatting for a bit, we started the fitting.

No tape measures or being exposed, she simply asked if she could see me in my current bra. After a few poses, she instantly knew what my size was-I was stunned to find out I had been wearing a 10C…but I’m actually a 6DD or an 8D!

After figuring out my size, Mimi shared her screen with me and went through Brava’s website with my size filtered to show me a few possible options. After the meeting ended, she sent through a list of suggested options so I wouldn’t forget style names.

That was probably the hardest part of the session-deciding on just 1 set!

I felt totally comfortable the whole time and Mimi was so helpful and kind throughout.

After this revelation, it got me thinking-I am quite a petite girl. And definitely wouldn’t have thought that I was a DD!

If it wasn’t for this ZoomFit I never would have known I was wearing the completely wrong size. Which means there are probably a very large number of women in the same boat as me-who don’t even know they are apart of this demographic here at Brava.

I strongly recommend getting a ZoomFit-they are easy, helpful and fun! It gave me the piece of mind I needed and I can’t wait to wear my new set.
