When it comes to Shipping Times, most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. Occasionally, items are located at various Brava stores, the good news is, we'll go the extra mile to unite them for you! This means it might take an extra few days, because our customers have told us it’s important their items arrive together in one joyful package. We use Australia Post and Sendle with tracking, so you can trust that your order is in good hands! 🚚
If it’s not in stock, shipping times are displayed when you select your style and size. Yay for transparency! Most of our brands can be ready for dispatch within 10 business days from your order, how good is that? Just as a FYI, if your order includes both in-stock and out of stock items, we will wait to ship your complete order because we’ve heard most of you don’t like separate deliveries. But……we love to give you options, so if you want that special item immediately, just let us know 😊.
Store Pick Up
For those in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, we've got an awesome Store Pick Up service available. You can pick up from any Brava store. If your items are stocked in multiple locations, it might take an extra few days, but don't worry, our customer care team will keep you informed every step of the way and will reach out as soon as your order is ready to collect! 👋
New Zealand
New Zealand customers, we haven't forgotten about you! There is a flat $15 AUD shipping option for your convenience. 🇳🇿
International Customers
And some good news for our International Customers! For standard international parcels there is a flat $20 AUD shipping fee. The delivery times usually range from 6 to 27 days, depending on the destination. If any item is not immediately available, we'll send the full order once complete. If ordering from outside Australia, there might be custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by you. 🌍💰

Returns
Shop with confidence at Brava! Remember to keep those tags on your new bra while you're trying it on. If it’s not the perfect fit, and you're unsure about the next steps, our friendly fitting team is here to assist you in finding your ideal size and style.
We offer the option of an exchange or store credit on items purchased in-store. If you purchased your item online, you can opt for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Great News. This applies even to those tempting sale items (unfortunately, clearance items are the one exception).
