Is GG Cup Big?

The sizing of a GG cup bra can vary depending on the brand. Most European brands don't make bras in GG bra cup size, but if they do, they call it a J cup or sometimes a K cup. Yep, that's right, a GG cup you see on the Brava website can appear to be 3 - 4 cup sizes different in a European brand. A GG cup size can be hard to find in a mainstream bra store, how frustrating for you. At Brava it is a regular size.

Getting Fitted for an GG Cup Bra

If more women were fitted correctly, more would wear a GG cup bra, instead of say an E cup or an F cup. Most women who visit Brava for the first time need to increase the cup size by at least 2 to 3 cup sizes.

Remember: Not all GG cups are the same size - As the size of your back band increases, so does the size of the cup. The GG cup of a 16GG is bigger than the GG cup of a 12GG which means 16GG is two cup sizes bigger than a 12GG.
