Choosing a J cup nursing bra
The bras here have nursing clips and are wirefree or flexiwire, since rigid underwires aren't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Wirefree suits the first trimester, the weeks after birth and sleep; flexiwire suits women who prefer the feel of an underwire.
When you try one on, undo the clips and drop each cup: it should be easy, and no wire should press on the tissue under your arm. Your size can change several times through pregnancy and feeding, and our pregnancy bra fitting guide covers what to expect at each stage.
