Seamless Briefs

Seamless lingerie uses circular knitting technology or seamless fabric construction to eliminate the seam lines that show through fitted clothing. For bras, this means smooth cups with no sewn seam running across the outside of the cup — the usual source of visible texture under thin jersey or fitted tops. For briefs, it means no seam at the leg opening and no visible panty line.

Seamless bras for D cup and above

True seamless construction in a bra at D cup and above is harder to achieve than at smaller sizes, because the cup needs structure and support as well as smoothness. Most seamless bras use stretch fabric with moulded cups — the outside is smooth, but the cup shape is built into the foam rather than achieved through seaming. This works well at D–F cup for everyday wear. At G cup and above, moulded foam cups provide less lift and support than multi-section sewn cups, so the seamless aesthetic involves a trade-off with maximum support.
