Choosing by activity level

Medium impact (gym, cycling, tennis, dance): Encapsulation is still preferable but pure compression can work at D–E cup for shorter sessions. Underwired sports bras provide the best shape and support. Elomi and Panache both have strong medium-impact options.

Key features to look for
