Buying lingerie online can be tricky, so we have done all the hard work so you can shop online for bras with confidence. Unlike many other lingerie websites, we actually have physical stores where we fit bras on many different body shapes on a daily basis. We offer 'Fitters Comments' on our product pages for most styles to assist you in selecting the right bra for your shape and size. Whenever you call or email us, you'll speak with a trained bra fitter who knows the ins and outs of every style on our website. Our product pages display delivery timelines, so you know how long your order will take to reach you. The Brava website is an extension of our stores; our staff are not sales people, they are highly trained and experienced bra fitters. We are all in this business because we love helping women to feel good. Our staff are wonderful, warm and here to help you.
What sort of packaging does my order arrive in?
We know discretion is important to you, so there is no reference to bras written on your package. Plain packaging is used with the name ‘Brava’ along with our address.
Can I buy your brands from my own state?
There are Brava stores located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney or you can purchase online from us 24/7 as we ship worldwide. We source the world's best lingerie and swimwear in D-K cup sizes; many of our brands are from overseas and you will find most are not available in mainstream stores in Australia.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, humm and Zip. See Payment Options for more information.
I paid using credit card / PayPal. When is my payment deducted?
Our online store is fully automated so your card will be charged on placement of your order.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number and link for your parcel.
How do I return items that are not right for me?
How can I check that you have processed my exchange?
We will email you to let you know whether your requested item for exchange is available. We will certainly let you if there are any delays.
I requested a refund. How long does it take to process?
We process returns within one business day of arriving with us and refunds are issued straight away, however, it can take up to 5 working days to reach your account depending upon which financial institution you bank with and your payment method.

When you join, you will be allocated a tier based on your annual spend. The tiers are Bronze, Silver & Gold. Log in to your Lingerie Lovers account to check your status here.
You’ll receive 1 point per $1 spent, plus birthday and referral rewards!
How do I join the Lingerie Lovers rewards program?
You can join the program by visiting our rewards page. From there, simply select the join now button and fill in the details to create your Lingerie Lovers account.
How do I use my Lingerie Lovers points?
- Redeeming your points is simple! Visit the Lingerie Lovers rewards page.
- Login to your Lingerie Lovers account.
- Scroll down to the “How To Use Your Points” section.
- If you are eligible to redeem your points, select the “Redeem” button underneath each reward value.
- You will be prompted with an “Are You Sure?” message? Select “Yes”.
- You will then receive a discount code. Copy & paste your code at checkout to redeem your discount.
Do my Lingerie Lovers points expire?
Your points will expire in 12 months from the date you receive them. Log in to your Lingerie Lovers account to check your points status.
How do I find out my Lingerie Lovers rewards tier?
Will any past sales contribute to my Lingerie Lovers rewards?
No, you will start fresh with Lingerie Lovers and any points from the time you sign up will be eligible to redeem for rewards.
Do my in-store purchases attribute to my Lingerie Lovers account?
Yes, all purchases made both in-store and online are attributed to your Lingerie Lovers account./p>
How many discounts can I redeem on one purchase?
You can only redeem one reward or discount per purchase. Lingerie Lovers and promotional codes cannot be combined or used together.
How do I refer a friend?
Refer a Friend - Give $20, Get $20!
Give your friends $20 off on their first order of $150+ and get $20 worth of points for each successful referral.

Simply follow the below steps:
- Scroll down to the refer a friend section.
- Add your friends email address & send.
- Your friend will receive an email with their unique code.
- Once they purchase with their code, you’ll then receive a $20 discount*.
*Discount is eligible on orders $150+. As the referrer, you will receive your $20 discount once the referee has redeemed their discount on their first purchase.
Do I still redeem points when using a gift card as my payment method?
No, unfortunately any purchases made using a gift card will not accumulate points.
Have I lost my reward if I didn’t use it straight away?
You have not lost your reward or discount code if you didn’t use it straight away! You can locate your reward in your account. Simply visit our rewards page here, login and scroll down to view your Lingerie Lovers points. Click the respective voucher and copy & paste your code at checkout.
