For our customers in Australia, we offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $99. If your order is under $99, we've got you covered with a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping.
Need your goodies a bit quicker? Express flat rate is $12.95. How convenient is that? 🚀
When it comes to Shipping Times, most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. Occasionally, items are located at various Brava stores, the good news is, we'll go the extra mile to unite them for you! This means it might take an extra few days, because our customers have told us it’s important their items arrive together in one joyful package. We use Australia Post and Sendle with tracking, so you can trust that your order is in good hands! 🚚
If it’s not in stock, shipping times are displayed when you select your style and size. Yay for transparency! Most of our brands can be ready for dispatch within 10 business days from your order, how good is that? Just as a FYI, if your order includes both in-stock and out of stock items, we will wait to ship your complete order because we’ve heard most of you don’t like separate deliveries. But……we love to give you options, so if you want that special item immediately, just let us know 😊.
Store Pick Up
For those in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, we've got an awesome Store Pick Up service available. You can pick up from any Brava store. If your items are stocked in multiple locations, it might take an extra few days, but don't worry, our customer care team will keep you informed every step of the way and will reach out as soon as your order is ready to collect! 👋
New Zealand
New Zealand customers, we haven't forgotten about you! There is a flat $15 AUD shipping option for your convenience. 🇳🇿
International Customers
And some good news for our International Customers! For standard international parcels there is a flat $20 AUD shipping fee. The delivery times usually range from 6 to 27 days, depending on the destination. If any item is not immediately available, we'll send the full order once complete. If ordering from outside Australia, there might be custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by you 🌍

Online Returnes
Need to return something you purchased online? No problem!
Online returns policy:
- 30 day returns from day of dispatch.
- Choose to receive a Refund, Store Credit or Exchange.
- No returns on Clearance Items.
- All items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Wearing recommendations:
- Wear your bra at home with the tags attached for 30 minutes to ensure fit and comfort.
- No full exchanges or credits provided for bras once worn for longer than 30 minutes.
- Briefs or Swim briefs need to be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons with tags on.
- Hosiery may not be returned.
- All items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How to return your online purchase:
- At the bottom of the page select ‘Submit a Return’ and follow the prompts.
- Customers are required to bear the cost of the return.
- Brava will ship any exchange items to you Free of charge.
- Or visit a Brava store with your item/s.
In Store Returns
Instore returns policy:
- 30 day returns period.
- Exchanges & store credit only
- No refunds for instore purchases or gift vouchers
- All items must be in original condition with tags attached.

- No full exchanges or credits provided for bras once worn for longer than 30 minutes.
- Try briefs or swim bottoms on over your own briefs for hygiene reasons.

How to return your instore purchase:
- Items can be returned to any Brava Store – Store Locator or posted to our Hampton store at your own expense.
- Items will need to be assessed by staff before honouring an exchange or store credit.
- No returns will be accepted for worn briefs, thongs, shapewear with gussets or bodysuits with tags removed.
Exceptional circumstances
- Contact us ASAP if you are unable to return your item within 30 days of Purchase. We will work together to find a solution and make notes on your order.

Love the bras but not happy with the fit? We'd love to help! You can pop in-store with your items, book a Zoom Fit, for expert one-on-one help in the comfort of your own home, or by submitting a Virtual Fit Form and uploading images of your best fitting bra.
Faulty Items
Do you think your bra might have a manufacturing fault?
Most bras at Brava are designed to be hand washed only. The care tag on each bra has clear instructions, wash by hand.
Machine washing can lead to noticeable damage, which is clearly caused by a machine, whether it's the first wash or the twentieth.
