Caring for your swimwear

  • Rinse immediately after each use — this helps to remove sunscreen, chlorine, salt, sand and body oils as these can affect the longevity of the item.
  • Brava recommends hand wash only — using a delicate hand washing liquid like The Dirt Company, this will maintain the fabric integrity and prolong the garment lifespan.
  • Avoid bleach, fabric softeners or harsh detergents — these can degrade the fabrics faster.
  • Dry flat in the shade — direct sunlight will fade colour and degrade the fabrics faster.
  • Apply sunscreen before putting on your swimwear — sunscreen is a must for the Aussie climate! But sunscreen, tanning oils and cosmetics can degrade swim fabric faster.

Returns

 

Important: Wear your bra at home with the tags attached for 30 minutes to ensure fit and comfort before removing tags.

 

  • All items must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • No full exchanges or credits provided for bras once worn for longer than 30 minutes.
  • Briefs or Swim briefs need to be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons with tags on.
  • Hosiery may not be returned.
  • No returns on Clearance Items.
